Returns
At TorqueTech, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@torquetech.co.uk] to obtain a returns authorization number. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.

Once we have received your returned item and it has been inspected by our team, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, as requested.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
This policy does not apply to any items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

We will refund or exchange any item that is defective or damaged upon receipt.
